Our Family Service point is located by the Pferdekarussell in the Berlin theme zone. It offers advice and assistance and a wide range of services to enhance your family's stay in Phantasialand.

- Hand carts (daily rate of 2.00 €; deposit: ID or driver's licence and 20.00 €); you can choose between standard hand carts or those that kids can sit in). Limited number available. No reservations possible.

We can also provide you with children's armbands, which have space for you to write down your phone number. So if your little whirlwind should suddenly go missing, the person who finds them will be able to contact you immediately.
If you are with children who require constant supervision, mention baby switch to our ride operators. Once the ride has finished, you or your partner can jump straight to the front of the queue.
