Our Family Service point is located by the Pferdekarussell in the Berlin theme zone. Here you'll find information, tips and a comprehensive range of services for families in Phantasialand.

Our screened-off quiet corner has a baby-changing area; it gives breast-feeding mothers extra privacy and provides a place where the little ones can settle down.

As soon as you look away, they're gone. The Family Service point will help if your children have gone missing.

Children's armbands with space for you to write down your telephone number are available free of charge at our Family Service point, Guest Service point and at all entrances.

Should you get separated from your children, we'll know exactly who to ring.

Toddlers and babies require constant supervision. So parents often have to ride the more popular attractions separately.

To avoid standing in line twice, mention 'baby switch' to one of our staff when you get off the ride. Once the ride has finished, you or your partner can jump straight to the front of the queue.

How would you like to roam through Africa disguised as a wild cat, climb aboard a Wakobato boat as a pirate, or discover the Fantasy theme zone with a butterfly on your cheek? Our face painters can create imaginative and colourful designs for children of all ages. They can be found at the mobile stand on Kaiserplatz square, or, if it's raining, at the covered pavilion at the Wintergarten theatre.
