Radios, tape or other recorders may not be used. Musical instruments may not be played in the park. Visitors agree that by entering PHANTASIALAND staff may inspect the contents of bags. Glas bottles are not permitted due to security reasons.

7. Due to weather conditions (rain, ice rain, snow, etc.) and artificial snow, it may be slippery throughout the park, especially in the areas „Alt Berliner Dampfkarussell“, „Mystery Castle“ and „River Quest“. Guests need to take notice of this and have to act with
caution and have to exercise care all over the park. Guests are obliged not to go beyond barriers like ropes, fences, and trees. Furthermore, guests have to arrange for non-slip footwear. Otherwise, we assume that the images can be used in public.
