Participation in the competition organised by Phantasialand Schmidt-Löffelhardt GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

The duration of the competition is from 19/05/2025 to 01/06/2025 at 23:59 (Central European Time). During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.
To enter the competition, you have to send a picture of a Phantasialand-inspired baked good by email to socialmedia@phantasialand.de or by direct message to our Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account.
Phantasialand may use the entries for marketing purposes, in particular social media. We will contact the winners by direct message or email. All winners agree that the organiser may publish their full name. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. It is prohibited to use multiple profiles or e-mail addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Natural persons who are resident in the EU and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the Operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The following prize will be given away:
The winners will be chosen by drawing lots from all the pictures sent in by e-mail or direct message by the deadline.
Images of the prizes are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual prizes or be replaced by other prizes of equal value. The winners will be determined after the closing date. The winners will be informed of the prize by direct message or by mail by 05/06/2025. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prize will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If a winner does not respond up to and including 3 days after notification of the prize, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Personal data must be provided in order to send the prize. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct. The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the Operator and its social media platforms.
The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to socialmedia[at]phantasialand.de. After revocation of consent, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. The Operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
