There are 7 disabled bathrooms in Phantasialand. These are located at the Service Point on the right at the Berlin entrance (outside the park), at Kaiserplatz Berlin, in Wuze Town, at the Silverado Theatre, at the exit of Chiapas in Mexico, in Klugheim below Rutmor's Tavern and behind our Fantissima Theatre (limited accessibility, very steep ramp).
The first point of contact for all health problems is our medical station in our theme world Berlin next to the Wintergarten exit at the Pferdekarussell. The staff of our medical station are exclusively trained paramedics.
