Participation in the competition organised by Phantasialand Schmidt-Löffelhardt GmbH & Co. KG, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

The duration of the competition is from 21/08/2025 to 01/02/2026 at 23:59 (Central European Time). During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.
To take part in the competition, simply send us an email with your photos & videos in your rental outfit from The Aeronaut’s Wardrobe – and share your own Rookburgh story with us.
Phantasialand may use the entries for marketing purposes, in particular social media. We will contact the winners by direct message or email. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. It is prohibited to use multiple profiles or e-mail addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Natural persons who are resident in Europe and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the Operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

The winners will be selected by random draw from all entries submitted by the deadline to gewinnspiele@phantasialand.de.
Images of the prizes are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual prizes or be replaced by other prizes of equal value. The winners will be determined after the closing date. The winners will be informed of the prize by direct message by 05/02/2026. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash. Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prize will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If a winner does not respond up to and including 3 days after notification of the prize, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
For the dispatch of the prize, the provision of personal data is required. The participant assures that the personal details provided, in particular first name, surname and email address, are truthful and correct. The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for their use without consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser’s website and its social media channels.
The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to socialmedia@phantasialand.de. Upon revocation of consent, the personal data collected and stored from the participant will be deleted without delay.
Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at their sole discretion if there are legitimate reasons to do so, for example:
(a) in cases of manipulation related to access to or the execution of the competition,
(b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation,
(c) in cases of unfair conduct, or
(d) in cases of false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the competition.
Participants may revoke their consent at any time. Revocation must be sent in writing to gewinnspiele[at]phantasialand.de. Upon revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. The Operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
