visit to our evening show MAGIC SYMPHONY.
For the best possible experience, we recommend arriving at the Berlin themed area by 6:50 p.m.
Please note that there is limited space available and that the entrances will close at 7:40 p.m. at the latest or when there is a large amount of visitors.
To ensure a safe and orderly process, the route into the Berlin themed area will be adjusted in the evening. From around 6:50 pm, access will only be possible through the entrances marked on the map.
Our staff will assign you the best available areas at these points. Please always follow the instructions of our staff.
Please note that, for safety reasons, the visitor areas are adjusted each evening according to the current weather conditions.
To ensure all guests have a pleasant and safe experience, we kindly ask you to park strollers in the designated stroller parking areas.
Our staff will, of course, be happy to assist you.
In the main entrance area to the Berlin theme world – around the ice rink – you will find numerous culinary offerings to help you pass the time pleasantly until the show begins.
Please note that the areas in front of the outlets where you may otherwise linger are closed before and during the show due to the firework effects. Please therefore enjoy your food and drinks directly on Berlin Street.
The food and drink outlets remain closed during the show.
An exclusive viewing area is available for guests who require a wheelchair. Please make a free reservation at Guest Services before 6 p.m.

In case of bad weather, MAGIC SYMPHONY may be cancelled for safety reasons. In this case, we will bid you farewell with a ‘Good Night Wish’ of music and light.
