Other Transport Items
To ensure all guests can enjoy exploring the lovingly designed themed worlds at Phantasialand in comfort, all pathways must remain free and safe.
Permitted are …
… pushchairs and buggies in a narrow, classic design without any additional attachments. They must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 105 cm in length, 75 cm in width and 125 cm in height (including handles and any protruding parts).
These transport items may only be used for carrying children – not for bags, shopping or any other luggage.
Not permitted are …
… all other transport and mobility items – regardless of their size. These include, among others (but not limited to), handcarts, bicycle trailers (even if used as pushchairs), dog transport carts, as well as any comparable transport items.
Wheelchairs required for medical reasons are, of course, warmly welcomed. Requests for special permits due to medical needs must be submitted at least 14 days before the planned visit via email to: gaesteservice@phantasialand.de.
High‑quality pushchairs are available for rental at the Guest Relations in the Berlin theme world at Phantasialand. The daily rental fee is €3 plus a €20 deposit per pushchair. Please note that availability is limited. Reservation enquiries can be sent in advance to gaesteservice@phantasialand.de. The pushchairs are suitable for a maximum body weight of 22 kg. Please note that these pushchairs are strictly for transporting children only – they must not be used for carrying luggage.
