To ensure that you have a pleasant and eventful day at Phantasialand, we have limited the number of tickets for all days. For this reason, there are no ticket sales on site.
To visit, you always need a pre-booked online ticket or, for special ticket types, a pre-confirmed online reservation. This saves you additional waiting time at the ticket office.
For ticket bookings that are only made on the day of the visit itself, there is a surcharge compared to the regular ticket price (Same Day Ticket).
The entrance fee includes all listed attractions and shows.

It is important to us that our guests always have an enjoyable and eventful visit to Phantasialand. To achieve this, the number of tickets for each opening day is limited and a visit to Phantasialand is only possible with an online ticket booked in advance. This applies with immediate effect to all types of tickets for Phantasialand (regular tickets, special offer tickets, children under 4, birthday children under 12, guests with special needs, pregnant guests).
Yes. For infants between 0 and 3 years, please book a free ticket online in advance for the visit date.

Children with special needs and adults with certain signs (aG, H, BI, B, GL) must reserve their visit appointment online in advance. On the day of your visit, you will receive your free ticket at the Service Point at entrances Berlin (09 a.m. – 02 p.m.) or Mystery (09 a.m. – 02 p.m.) on presentation of the reservation confirmation and your valid official special needs ID.
SPECIAL RATE TICKETS
Pregnant guests and adults with disabilities from degree 50 must book their ticket in advance in the online shop. For each guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL), one accompanying person receives a reduced ticket that must be booked in advance in the online shop. All other accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date.

Yes. We give birthday children up to and including 11 years of age free admission on their day of honour!
For this birthday gift, birthday children must book their visit online in advance.

The arrangement of our birthday ticket gift corresponds to the usual market implementation: It is the predominant practice in our industry that birthday children up to a certain age are given free admission on their day of honour. We also follow this practice with the Phantasialand birthday ticket.
