From relaxed and cosy to adventurous and interactive: riding fun is an experience for the whole family at Wintertraum! While granddad explores the crazy Hotel Tartüff with his granddaughter, his little one races through the wintry Colorado Mountains on a mine train with mum. And when the lights come on, the family ride becomes a very special experience!
SIZE MEASUREMENT
We measure your child's height at Guest Services and note it on a wristband. You can then show it at the attractions and know directly whether your child can go on the ride. You can find the size charts for the individual attractions here:

Baby Switch
One parent enjoys the ride, the other is with the toddler. Then they switch – without having to queue a second time. Simply ask for Baby Switch at the attractions.

"I can do it on my own" – in Phantasialand Wintertraum too, of course! Here, the next generation will take flight at Bolle's Flugschule or go on a bee hunt at Fröhliche Bienchenjagd without dad in the colourful Fantasy. Children can experience many of our attractions all on their own – and then report about their brave winter adventures with shining eyes ...

The field day can be so fantastic: we're giving birthday children up to and including their 11th birthday free admission to Phantasialand! Drago, Phenie & Co. can hardly wait to celebrate their new friends. But don't forget: for this special gift, birthday children must register their visit online in advance and present a valid ID on the day of their visit.

Your point of contact for all family matters: our guest service at Kaiserplatz. Here we are happy to help and advise you at any time on your winter day and have provided many services especially for families. There you will also find a separate breastfeeding corner with a nappy-changing unit and kettle for warming baby jars.

Children's wristband
To make sure nobody gets lost: children's wristbands for entering the parents' mobile phone number are available from Family Service, Guest Services and at the entrances.
