As an adult with certain characteristics (aG, H, BI, B, GL) or for children with disabilities, you will receive your free ticket on the day of your visit on presentation of your confirmation of registration and valid official disabled ID at the Service Point at the Berlin or Mystery entrances (11 am - 3 pm).
Important: one accompanying person per guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) receives a discounted ticket, which must be booked in advance in the online shop. All other accompanying persons require a pre-purchased online ticket for the corresponding date.
