Yes, the price of your winter-event includes the admission to the theme park. Your guests are invited to use all attractions, watch or winter-shows and immers into the winterly Phantasialand.
In principle, all visitors to a winter-event can use car parks P1 (Mystery) and P2 (China Town). On arrival, you will be allocated a car park on site by our traffic service.
Coach parking is available for those arriving by coach. Please follow the instructions of our traffic service.
Your guests can use the regular Phantasialand shuttle bus from 30 minutes before the park opens and until 75 minutes after the park closes for a fare of €4,00 – departing from "Brühl-Mitte" station (tram line 18) and "Brühl" station (DB).
In winter, all attractions are open for you, with the exception of selected water attractions. However, attractions may have to be closed at short notice due to weather conditions.

Around 70 per cent of our attractions are covered and offer adventure and excitement whatever the weather is like.
There are lockers at various points in the park. These are labelled in our park guide and are available until park closing time. If you have booked an evening event, please empty the lockers by 8 p.m. at the latest and deposit your luggage in the respective event location.
It is no longer possible to use the lockers after 8 p.m.
Please not that we do not offer any changing rooms.
Every guest can pick up our park guide at the entrance to the park for orientation purposes. At the start of Wintertraum, you will find an overview of the park with details of our event locations for your evening event.
For Wintertraum events, there is no dresscode.
If you have booked Fantissima, we recommend a classically elegant wardrobe so that you feel comfortable in the stylish ambience of the theatre. You can find more information here.
All entrances are open until 8 p.m. so that latecomers can still join the events. From 8 p.m., the park can only be entered via the Berlin entrance.
Your guests can of course leave the park at any time. Please make sure that you get a stamp at the exit so that you can re-enter the park at the same entrance.
Each group books a Wintertraum event with a fixed programme – unfortunately, it is not possible to change in the evening.
Guests of the "Berliner Winterfest" please use the Berlin entrance.
If you have parked your car in car park P1 (Mystery), you can use a direct connecting route between the China Town exit and car park P1 (Mystery).
The winter event "Vintage Winter Magic" in STOCK's and the events in our hotels Matamba and Ling Bao are located outside the park.
