Restricted use of transport within the theme park
In order to explore the lovingly designed theme worlds at Phantasialand, clear paths are required: handcarts, bicycle trailers or similar means of transport are therefore not permitted in the park, as they can impede the flow of traffic and increase the risk of accidents.
Wheelchairs required for medical reasons are permitted. Likewise pushchairs in standard design – such as combi pushchairs, (travel) buggies or models with carrycots – are allowed, provided they are used by a child. The maximum permitted dimensions are 105 cm in length, 80 cm in width and 125 cm in height, including handles or any protruding parts. Pushcairs used exclusively for transporting luggage are not permitted.

Ticket purchase exclusively online
Use the ticket calendar in our online shop to quickly find the ideal date for you at the best price.
The amount of tickets available per day is limited. All tickets can only be purchased online and are valid for the selected date.
You can purchase your ticket spontaneously on the day of your visit until 4:00 pm in the online shop at the applicable day price – subject to availability.
Please note: There is no box office on site.

We reserve the right to conduct bag checks at all park entrances. For a given occasion, personal checks are also carried out. These controls are for your safety. To ensure a smooth process, we ask for your understanding and assistance.

Lockers
Backpacks, motorbike helmet and other personal belongings are safely stored in our spacious lockers in the theme worlds Berlin (horse merry-go-round Pferdekarussel) and Mexico (Colorado Adventure exit). For a fee of € 5, you will receive a coded wristband in guest realtions (Kaiserplatz Berlin) and thus have access to your locker all day long throughout your visit to the park.
WAITING TIME INFORMATION
A list of current waiting times can be found on the info screens within the park. The precise locations of these can be found on the park map. We also inform you about the current opening times of the queues at all attraction entrances. You can also conveniently find all waiting and opening times as well as show times in the free Phantasialand-App.
Please note: The waiting times shown are estimates and may therefore differ from the actual waiting time.
lost and found office
If you lose something during your visit to Phantasialand, please come directly to Guest Services. This is also where our lost property office is located, and our team will be happy to help you get your lost items back quickly and safely.
Quick Pass
With Quick Pass, you can enjoy faster access to selected attractions. A Quick Pass is valid for a single ride on a specific attraction.
To enjoy faster access together with other guests, you can purchase multiple individual Quick Passes per attraction (if available).
The Quick Pass is available from Guest Services in the Berlin theme world.
Availability is limited and exchanges are excluded.

The Quick Pass Ultimate allows one-time use of all available Quick Pass attractions as well as one-time faster access to F.L.Y. – an exclusive benefit otherwise only enjoyed by Explorers at the Hotel Charles Lindbergh.
Excerpt from the Terms of Use
- The pass entitles one person to one-time access to the attraction(s) specified via the Quick Pass entrance.
- The pass is only valid on the date printed on it and loses its validity after the end of that day.
- Please present your Quick Pass without being asked when entering the Quick Pass.

Offers & Services for families
HEIGHT MEASUREMENT FOR CHILDREN
Most attractions at Phantasialand have height requirements. At Guest Relations (Gästeservice) we measure the height of your child and give you a corresponding wristband. Simply show this at the attraction to find out whether your child may ride it or not.

Baby-Switch
With the Baby-Switch, you as parents can also separately use the attractions for which your children are still too young - without having to queue a second time! Simply report to the first available staff member at the respective attraction. They will then issue a separate Baby-Switch ticket for the person waiting outside, which can then be used for faster access (access is shown on the respective ticket).
The Baby-Switch is offered at the following attractions: F.L.Y., Maus au Chocolat, Taron, Raik, Mystery Castle, River Quest, Colorado Adventure, Talocan, Chiapas - DIE Wasserbahn, Black Mamba, Winja's Fear, Winja's Force, Crazy Bats.
CHILDREN'S WRISTBANDS
At the park entrances and guest relations, you can obtain complimentary children's wristbands to enter the parents' mobile phone number. Should mum and dad get separated from their children, our team will lovingly ensure that families and children are quickly reunited.
Breastfeeding, nappy changing & feeding
In our quiet nursing room – right next to Guest Relations – you can comfortably care for your little ones. Spacious baby-changing facilities are available, and we’re happy to help with warming up baby food and more – for a stress-free family visit!

- The River Quest, Wakobato and Wözl's Wassertreter attractions will be closed during the Wintertraum period from 15 November 2025 to 25 January 2026.

- on mondays – SPECTACULUM PHANTASTÈRE (Silverado Theatre)
- on tuesdays – DER GOLDENE FADEN (Wintergarten)
- on wednesdays – ARCTARIS (Arena de Fiesta)
- During the winter holidays we play all our shows on every day for you!
- Please note that MAGIC SYMPHONY (Kaiserplatz) may be cancelled for safety reasons in the event of bad weather conditions such as strong winds.
In this case, we will alternatively bid you farewell with a short "Good Night Wish" of music and light.
