As of 03 April 2022, you only need a valid, day-bound online admission ticket or, for overnight guests, a valid reservation confirmation at our experience hotels. Please note that there will be no ticket sales on site.*

Corona regulations

Due to the current Corona regulations of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the obligation to provide proof of eligibility (recovered/vaccinated/tested) as well as the obligation to wear a mask are no longer required for almost all areas of Phantasialand:

  • Admission to the theme park and its restaurants is possible without restrictions.
  • Visiting the experience hotels and their restaurants and bars is possible without restrictions, overnight guests are no longer subject to 3G regulations.
  • There is no longer a mask requirement in enclosed indoor areas.
  • Masks are only required when using the Phantasialand shuttle bus and when staying at our first-aid station. We therefore recommend that you bring a medical or FFP2 mask to wear in such exceptional situations.

*Guests on their birthday will receive their tickets directly on the day of their visit upon presentation of an official ID at the Service Point at the Berlin (09 a.m.–01 p.m.) or Mystery (09 a.m.–02 p.m.) entrances.

Guest relations

We are here for you! Our Guest Relations team will be happy to help you with any questions or suggestions you may have. Here you will find our ticket and voucher sales as well as the lost and found office. The Club Center is also located in the Guest Relations area.

You will find the Guest Realtions on Kaiserplatz in the themed area Berlin between the Schauspielhaus and Maus au Chocolat.

Offers and services

LOCKERS

Backpacks, motorbike helmet and other personal belongings are safely stored in our spacious lockers in the themed areas Berlin (horse merry-go-round Pferdekarussel) and Mexico (Colorado Adventure exit). For a fee of € 5.00, you will receive a convenient coded wristband and thus have access to your locker all day long throughout your visit to the park

 

WAITING TIME INFORMATION / OPENING HOURS

A list of current waiting times can be found on the info screens within the park. The precise locations of these can be found on the park map. We also inform you about the current opening times of the queues at all attraction entrances. You can also conveniently find all waiting and opening times as well as show times in the free Phantasialand-App.

 

HEIGHT MEASUREMENT FOR CHILDREN

Most attractions at Phantasialand have height requirements. At Guest Relations (Gästeservice) we measure the height of your child and give you a corresponding wristband. Simply show this at the attraction to fi nd out whether your child may ride it or not.

We want you to feel comfortable at Phantasialand. Therefore, here are some tips for guests with a caveat, so you can plan your visit to Phantasialand even better.

 

GENERAL

Attractions

Due to the general safety and usage regulations of our attractions, we have to exclude you from using them. However, with reference to the General Equal Treatment Act, you can use the attractions yourself within the framework of the assessments listed in the brochure (german language). However, it is essential that you familiarize yourself in detail with the risks arising from your restrictions in accordance with this brochure.

Depending on your restrictions and their characteristics, we offer individual usage options for our rides. This requires in each individual case the signing of a usage and waiver agreement on site in our guest relations office!

Paths in the park

Most of the park can be reached without stairs. However, if you experience difficulties, please contact one of our employees. They will be happy to help you.

 

Restaurants

With the exception of Restaurant Mandschu and Rutmor's Taverne, all park restaurants are barrier-free.

 

Shows

Our shows are barrier-free or have a separate entrance for wheelchair users. Wintergarten and Wuze Town children's theatre can be reached via the normal entrances. Arena de Fiesta, Schauspielhaus and Silverado Theatre feature a separate entrance at ground level. Please contact our staff, they will be happy to help you.

 

SERVICES

Wheelchair rental

Phantasialand offers a wheelchair rental service for guests with special needs. You are welcome to call 02232/36-240 two days before your visit to ask for a wheelchair. Provided that a wheelchair is still available for this date, we will gladly reserve it for you and make it available for you at one of the entrances. There you can borrow the wheelchair on the day of your visit for a deposit of € 25,- or deposit of your identity card. If it turns out during your visit that you need a wheelchair, please contact the special box office ("Sonderkasse") at the Berlin entrance or our medical station in the Berlin area. Please understand, however, that especially at peak times with high visitor numbers shortages are possible and that we may not be able to offer a wheelchair to every guest in need at short notice.

 

Toilets

There are 6 toilets for guests with disabilities in Phantasialand. These are located at the special box office on the right at the Berlin entrance (outside the park), in Wuze Town, at the Silverado Theatre, at the exit of Chiapas next to Las Rocas ice cream shop, in Klugheim below Rutmor's Taverne and behind our Fantissima Theatre (limited accessibility, very steep ramp).

 

First-Aid-Station

The first point of contact for all health problems is our medical station in our Berlin themed area next to the Wintergarten exit at the Pferdekarussell. The staff of our medical station are exclusively trained paramedics.

Family-Service

In the Family Service at the horse merry-go-round (Pferdekarussell) in the themed area Berlin, we are always happy to help and advise you and have provided many helpful offers and services especially for families. There you will also find a separate breastfeeding corner with a changing unit and kettle. You are welcome to warm your baby bottles here.

HANDCART

To make your time in the park more convenient, Family-Service provides the option of borrowing a handcart for your visit. The daily charge is € 2. We ask you for a presentation of your identity card or driving licence as well as for a deposit of € 20. Generally, transporting people is not permitted for safety reasons.

 

BABY-SWITCH

With the Baby-Switch, you as parents can also separately use the attractions for which your children are still too young - without having to queue a second time! Simply report to the first available staff member at the respective attraction. They will then issue a separate Baby-Switch ticket for the person waiting outside, which can then be used for faster access (access is shown on the respective ticket).

The Baby-Switch is offered at the following attractions: F.L.Y., Maus au Chocolat, Taron, Raik, Mystery Castle, River Quest, Colorado Adventure, Talocan, Chiapas - DIE Wasserbahn, Black Mamba, Winja's Fear, Winja's Force, Crazy Bats.

 

HEIGHT MEASUREMENT FOR CHILDREN

Most attractions at Phantasialand have height requirements. At Guest Relations we measure the height of your child and give you a corresponding wristband. Simply show this at the attraction to fi nd out whether your child may ride it or not.

 

CHILDREN'S WRISTBANDS

Children's wristbands can be obtained free of charge from Family-Service and Guest Relations as well as all
park entrances. These wristbands can be used to write down the name of your child and your mobile number, so that we can call
you at any time if the little ones get lost.

Shorten your waiting time at selected attractions! The pass entitles you to 2x faster access. Use the Quick Pass alone at two attractions or in pairs at one attraction.

Terms of Use Quick Pass & Quick Pass Plus

  • The pass entitles the holder to 2x faster access as a single person or 1x faster access in pairs (with accompanying person).
  • For each ride and person, the corresponding attraction field on the pass will be redeemed.
  • The pass is only valid on the day of purchase listed. The contingent is limited!
  • Seating will be assigned by our staff. A free choice of seats is not possible.
  • The pass is not refundable. Please note that there may be restrictions in the choice of attractions due to technical or maintenance work. This does not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price

Ticket Information
  • For your visit to the theme park you need online tickets for a fixed date, which you can purchase bindingly in advance in the Phantasialand online shop. Please note that there will be no ticket sales on site!
     
  • We give birthday children of any age free admission on their special day! You will receive your birthday free ticket on the day of your visit upon presentation of a valid ID directly at the service point on site at the entrance Berlin (09 a.m.–01 p.m.) or Mystery (09 a.m.–02 p.m.). Advance registration is not required. We always keep a separate contingent ready for birthday children, so that you will definitely receive your ticket. Accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date.
     
  • Guests with disabilities of degree 50 or higher or with certain signs (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) will receive their tickets directly at the service point on site at the entrance Berlin (09 a.m.–01 p.m.) or Mystery (09 a.m.–02 p.m.) on the day of the visit upon presentation of the valid official disabled person's ID. For each guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL), one accompanying person receives a reduced ticket, also directly at the service point. Advance registration is not required. All other accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date.

 

Pocket and security checks

We reserve the right to conduct pocket checks at all park entrances. For a given occasion, personal checks are also carried out. These controls are for your safety. To ensure a smooth process, we ask for your understanding and assistance.

Theme Park Offers

You will experience unique attractions during your visit and enjoy delicacies coordinated with the themed worlds in our restaurants and cafés.

 

Please note: Our show programme is continuously being coordinated. Therefore, changes may occur - even at short notice.

 

The following offers are not available for the time being: Face painting for children, balloon artists, street artists, our 6 dragons and the Adventure Tour. We will keep you informed about details and changes at short notice here on this page.

Tickets & Booking

Do I have to wear a mouth-nose protection during my visit to Phantasialand?

  • There is no longer a mask requirement in enclosed indoor areas.
  • Masks are only required when using the Phantasialand shuttle bus and when staying at our first-aid station. We therefore recommend that you bring a medical or FFP2 mask to wear in such exceptional situations.

 

Can I buy a ticket for Phantasialand at the cash registry?

No, the cash registers in Phantasialand are closed until further notice. A visit to Phantasialand is only possible with a binding pre-purchased online ticket for a specific date. Online tickets can be purchased exclusively in our online-shop.

 

Do children under the age of 4 need a ticket?

Yes, for children between the age of 0 and 3 you can find free admission online tickets that are tied to a date.

 

Is there the gift of free admission for birthday children?

Yes, we give birthday children of any age free admission on their special day! You will receive your birthday free ticket on the day of your visit upon presentation of a valid ID directly at the service point on site at the entrance Berlin (09 a.m.–01 p.m.) or Mystery (09 a.m.–02 p.m.). It's my birthday when the theme park is closed. Can I make up for my gift birthday admission?

Here the general rule applies: Free entry is only valid on the birthday and cannot be made up or postponed. After all, our gift to the birthday children is an eventful birthday - and it cannot be postponed.

I have a Phantasialand voucher, how can I redeem it?

You can easily redeem your theme park voucher in our online shop.

 

  1. First select tickets for your desired Phantasialand visit in our online shop.
  2. Then enter your gift voucher code in the corresponding input box in the shopping cart (before the payment process). The redeemed credit is automatically deducted from the total amount of the shopping cart.
  3. After you have completed the ordering process, you will receive your selected tickets for your visit to Phantasialand by e-mail.

 

For planning your visit

Can I bring my dog to the park?

Dogs are allowed on a leash in the park. Please understand that our attractions and shows are excluded.
