LOCKERS

Backpacks, motorbike helmet and other personal belongings are safely stored in our spacious lockers in the themed areas Berlin (horse merry-go-round Pferdekarussel) and Mexico (Colorado Adventure exit). For a fee of € 5, you will receive a convenient coded wristband and thus have access to your locker all day long throughout your visit to the park

WAITING TIME INFORMATION / OPENING HOURS

A list of current waiting times can be found on the info screens within the park. The precise locations of these can be found on the park map. We also inform you about the current opening times of the queues at all attraction entrances. You can also conveniently find all waiting and opening times as well as show times in the free Phantasialand-App.

HEIGHT MEASUREMENT FOR CHILDREN

Most attractions at Phantasialand have height requirements. At Guest Relations (Gästeservice) we measure the height of your child and give you a corresponding wristband. Simply show this at the attraction to find out whether your child may ride it or not.

HANDCART

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can borrow a handcart for your Phantasialand day from the Family Service for a small daily fee. We ask that you present an identity card or driving licence and pay a deposit. For safety reasons, the transport of persons is not permitted. It is best to secure your handcart early, the number is limited!

BABY-SWITCH

With the Baby-Switch, you as parents can also separately use the attractions for which your children are still too young - without having to queue a second time! Simply report to the first available staff member at the respective attraction. They will then issue a separate Baby-Switch ticket for the person waiting outside, which can then be used for faster access (access is shown on the respective ticket).

The Baby-Switch is offered at the following attractions: F.L.Y., Maus au Chocolat, Taron, Raik, Mystery Castle, River Quest, Colorado Adventure, Talocan, Chiapas - DIE Wasserbahn, Black Mamba, Winja's Fear, Winja's Force, Crazy Bats.

CHILDREN'S WRISTBANDS

Children's wristbands can be obtained free of charge from Family-Service and Guest Relations as well as all
park entrances. These wristbands can be used to write down the name of your child and your mobile number, so that we can call
you at any time if the little ones get lost.

We reserve the right to conduct pocket checks at all park entrances. For a given occasion, personal checks are also carried out. These controls are for your safety. To ensure a smooth process, we ask for your understanding and assistance.
