You know how it works: Of course, at Phantasialand there are also binding regulations on distance and hygiene – so that we can laugh, enjoy and experience fantastic things together! You will find everything you need to know for your visit in our handbook and on this website.

From now on we welcome you again daily in our theme park as well as in our adventure hotels Ling Bao and Matamba!

 

Phantasialand is open daily from 10 a.m. until 01 November 2020 – Admission starts at 9:30 a.m.

Tickets

Regulations

In order to meet the limited number of visitors, only online-tickets are available for a fixed date. You can purchase these tickets in advance via our Phantasialand online shop.

 

A spontaneous visit is not possible in the current situation.

 

The selected period of the online-ticket is binding and cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed. Purchased Online Tickets are excluded from exchange and revocation.

 

 

If you have a pre-sale ticket from April or a ticket valid for the summer season 2020 (until 1.november 2020), you can exchange it for a day bound online ticket.

 

Free admission tickets (e.g. from a brunch visit) can be redeemed directly at one of our ticket offices on the day of your visit. Prior registration is not necessary.

Accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the relevant date.

 

We give free admission to birthday children on their special day even in these special times! You will receive your free birthday ticket on the day of your visit on presentation of a valid ID directly at one of our ticket offices. Advance registration is not necessary. Even though we currently only open for a limited number of guests, we always have a special allotment for birthday children, so you definitely get your ticket.

Accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the relevant date.

 

Guests with disabilities as of degree of disability 50 or with certain markings (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) will receive their tickets directly on the day of their visit upon presentation of their valid official disability ID at the ticket office. One accompanying person per guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) will also receive a reduced ticket directly at the cash register. Advance registration is not necessary.

All other accompanying persons need an online ticket purchased in advance for the relevant date.

 

Questions & Answers

Can I buy a ticket for Phantasialand at the cash registry?

No, the cash registers in Phantasialand are closed until further notice.

A visit to Phantasialand is only possible with a binding pre-purchased online ticket for a specific date.

Online tickets can be purchased exclusively in our online shop. You can buy tickets for the month of June, July and August. More dates will follow shortly.

 

Why do i have to set on a date when buying a ticket?

Day tickets are only sold with a fixed visit date, so we always have an optimal overview of the number of the guests visiting Phantasialand. This is how we ensure, for example, the applicable distance rules in the theme park can be adhered at any time. And of course that your good time can be ensured.

The time period of the online-ticket, selected at the time of purchase is binding and cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed. Purchased online tickets are excluded from exchange and revocation.

 

Do children under the age of 4 need a ticket?

Yes, for children between the age of 0 and 3 you can find free admission online tickets that are tied to a date. Only if we know the exact number of guests visiting us in a day, the distance rules to protect health can be observed, even and especially for the little once.

 

I already purchased a ticket to Phantasialand – how can I redeem it?

If you have purchased a pre-sale ticket for April 2020, you can exchange it for a valid online-ticket under the same conditions (e.g. tickets for the weekend can only be used on weekends, tickets for the weekdays can only be used during the week). You can use tickets from the Easter holiday period (April 04-19) for any day in the summer season (until November 1st, 2020). Please note that extra charges may apply, if the exchange is not identical.

If you have purchased a ticket valid for the Phantasialand summer season, you can exchange it for a valid online-ticket for any day in the summer season (until November 1st, 2020)

To exchange your pre-sale ticket or your ticket valid for the summer season for a valid online ticket, a binding reservation for a specific day is required.

 

Is the gift of free admission for birthday children given?

Yes, we give birthday children free admission on their day of honour, even in these special times! You will receive your free birthday ticket on the day of your visit on presentation of a valid ID directly at one of our ticket offices. Even though we are only open for a limited number of guests at the moment, we always have a special contingent for birthday children, so that you will receive your ticket in any case.

Can I currently redeem free admission tickets?

Free admission tickets (e.g. from a brunch visit) can be redeemed directly at one of our ticket offices on the day of your visit. Prior registration is not necessary.

To exchange your Phantasialand voucher for an online-ticket with a fixed date, please send us an email with your name, adress, the desired date of visit and the voucher information to shop[at]phantasialand.de.

Hotels

Information

We are very pleased to welcome you again in our adventure hotels Matamba and Hotel Ling Bao! It is important to us to prepare a journey for all senses, where you can forget the daily routine and just let yourself go. Our hotel restaurants as well as the indoor and outdoor pool are open for you as hotel guest! All information about the opening of our theme hotels can be found here.

Questions & Answers

I had already booked a hotel stay - how can I make the booking?

If you have already booked a stay at Hotel Ling Bao (up to and including 28.05.20) or Hotel Matamba (up to and including 30.06.20), we offer you the option of rebooking your reservation to a later date of your choice. We will get in touch with you shortly using the contact details provided. You do not have to worry about anything yourself.

 

Please understand that these days may exceptionally result in longer processing times.

 

Are the extra time and the Hotel Quick Pass offered?

We cannot offer the extra time on Taron and Raik and the Hotel-Quick-Pass until further notice.

Phantasialand Club

Information

Our loyal guests are especially dear to our hearts. That's why we give everyone with a valid Phantasialand club card a visit to the park once a month, despite the currently limited possibilities - in addition to the extension of the club card! Even if your club card expires on 04 April 2020 or later, you can look forward to a visit to Phantasialand.

How can I use my Club pass?

You as our loyal guests are very important to us. Which is why we have given careful thought to how you can experience a great time in Phantasialand, despite the currently limited situation.

 

Unfortnutaly, one thing is certain: Unlimited spontaneous visits to Phantasialand are still not possible due to the currently applicable regulations. However, we do want to give everyone with a valid club pass free entry to the park, limited to once a month until further notice! Even if your club pass has expired April 4th, 2020 or later, you can look forward to visiting Phantasialand soon.

 

In addition, the validity of your club pass is extended by the time of the officially ordered closing days and the days with limited visitors – depending on the expiration date of your club pass. If the park can be reopened regularly and without restrictions, your club year will continue. Of course, we also take into account the possible closing days of Phantasialand (such as the breake between the summer season and Wintertraum), so that you can use all the days you have missed.

 

So you do not loose anything, but get a once a month free visit until further notice.

 

Please note, that you have to make a day based free reservation for your monthly visit day at Phantasialand. You will find the corresponding form here shortly. Due to the currently limited number of visitors, it may not be possible to make a reservation on your desired date. In this case, please choose another date.

To ensure that all visitors can enjoy a cheerful and carefree parking experience, we have drawn up regulations on distance and hygiene, which are now in force at Phantasialand. Let us take care of each other - and experience fantastic things together.

 

Offers in the theme park

You can experience unique attractions and enjoy delicacies tailored to the theme world in our restaurants and snacks.

 

From now on it's back to lights out, spot on! With our shows in Wintergarten (from 8 July), Silverado Theatre (from 10 July) and Arena de Fiesta (from 12 July) we will complete your day of experiences - with unforgettable moments of wonder and laughter for young and old.

In order to reduce possible points of contact, the following services will not be offered: face painting, balloon artists, street artists, our 6 dragons, Quick Pass, Single Rider, baby switch and the adventure tour.

 

We will keep you up to date about details and short-term changes here at this point.

Shuttlebus

Can I travel to Phantasialand by Shuttle bus?

Yes, the Phantasialand shuttle bus runs between KVB stop of line 18 "Brühl Mitte" as well as the DB station "Brühl (Rheinland)" and Phantasialand.

 

When using the shuttle bus, please note that there may by waiting times due to the current regulations, regarding distance and hygiene. Please also note the mask requirement that applies to buses and trains and keep a sufficient distance from boarding and disembarking passangers.

 

Since there are only limited capacities available on the shuttle bus. We recommend alternative ways of getting there if possible.

Distance and hygiene rules

Regulations

To make your visit to the park safe, various regulations and hygiene measures apply at Phantasialand. Please adhere to these carefully implemented and binding rules of conduct for all visitors so that everyone can enjoy a happy day at Phantasialand. Let us pay attention to each other and experience fantastic things together!

Phantasialand reserves the right to remove the guests from the theme park.

Health

In the interest of everyone, please only visit Phantasialand if you are in good health.

Mouth-nose protection

The access to Phantasialand is only granted with a mouth-nose protection. It is mendatory to wear the mask in the following areas: park entrances, closed rooms / areas, attractions and any waiting areas as well as sanitary facilities.

We check the oral protection obligation regularty. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to remove guests from the theme park.

Distance

The following applies throughout the park: Please keep your distance! The usual minimum distance of 1.5 meters applies in Phantasialand. For better orientation, the minimum distance in waiting areas is marked with special floor stickers.

Sneezing and coughing

Please take the general sneezing and coughing label by hearth while visiting Phantasialand.

Hygiene

Regular and thorough hand washing is strongly recommended. We kindly ask you to use the many possibilities to do so during your visit in Phantasialand. In addition, stations of hand desinfection are availiable at the majority of the attractions, the gastronomy and the sanitary facilities.

Where does the mask obligation apply in Phantasialand?

The access to Phantasialand is only granted with a mouth-nose protection. It is mandatory to wear the mask in the follwing areas: park entrances, closed rooms / areas, attractions and all waiting areas as well as sanitary facilities.

We regularly check compliance with the oral protection obligation. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to remove the guests from the theme park.

We recommend that you bring several masks with you, so you can exchange your mouth-nose protection if necessary or replace in case of lost.

 

How is the dictance rule complyed?

The following rule applies throughout the park: Please keep your distance! The usual minimum distance of 1.5 meters applies in Phantasialand. For better orientation the minimum distance in the waiting areas is marked with special floor stickers.

The compliance with the distance rules is checked by specially trained employees. In the event of non-compliance, Phantasialand reserves the right to remove the guests from the theme park.

 

What hygiene rules are to be observed?

In the interest of everyone, please only visit Phantasialand if you are in good health.

Regular and thorough hand washing is strongly recommended. We kindly ask you to use the many possibilities to do so, during your visit in Phantasialand. In addition, stations for hand desinfection are available at the majority of the attractions, in the gastronomy and the sanitary facilities.

We also ask that you take the sneezing and caughing labels by heart during your visit to Phantasialand.

Fantissima

Fantissima-Tickets

Our dinner show Fantissima will not take place yet. We will inform you here about short-term changes.

 

Are already purchased tickets still valid?

Yes, we assure you, that all Fantissima tickets remain valid. If it is certain when Fantissima will open its doors again, we will inform you by email via your contact details stored with us. We will be glad to rebook your tickets to a new date. If you have booked tickets in connection with an overnight stay in our themed hotels within the closing time, we will also notify you by email.

 

Alternatively, you can also convert booked tickets for Fantissima into vouchers, which you can then use for a visit to Fantissima until 31.12.2021. Here we follow the national regulation of the "Corona-Kabinett" from 08.04.2020 (details see below).

 

Our team is working together to respond as soon as possible. Please understand that these days, in exceptional cases, longer processing times may occur.

Voucher conversion

What does the conversion of Fantissima tickets into vouchers mean?

Those who do not want to rebook their tickets for Fantissima or use them later will get them converted into vouchers. These vouchers can then be redeemed until 31.12.2021.

In doing so, we are following the national regulation of the Federal Government, which the "Corona Cabinet" adopted on April 8, 2020. This states that tickets already purchased for events that could not take place due to the Corona crisis will be converted into vouchers. These vouchers are valid until 31.12.2021.

Important note: At present, contradictory statements regarding this regulation are circulating in the media and it is often said that a Europe-wide solution by the EU must first be found. However, the EU regulation only applies to air travel and package travel. This does not apply to tickets for the theme park and for Fantissima. The decision of the Federal Government to convert vouchers for events is a national regulation that continues to apply and will be implemented accordingly in Phantasialand.
