Information for your visit

Current regulations

Last updated: 06.12.2021*

Dear guests,

we are very pleased to welcome you to Phantasialand!

In accordance with the current Corona Protection Regulations of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the 2G regulation (vaccinated, recovered) applies to your visit to the park from Wednesday, 24. November 2021. This applies to all guests aged 16 and over.

In addition to an official proof of eligibility (2G: vaccinated, recovered), you will still need a pre-booked online ticket.

Exceptions: No proof of eligibility is required according to the current Corona Protection Regulation:

  • Children up to and including 6 years of age.
  • Children and adolescents from 7 up to and including 15 years attending school in Germany - with proof of age (e.g. ID, birth certificate, school report, etc.) outside school holidays.
Special cases

Special regulations apply to the following groups of persons:

  • Persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons need a medical certificate and a negative covid test certificate from an official testing centre.
  • Pregnant women: Maternity passport or medical certificate* necessary and negative covid test required.

The same regulations regarding proof of eligibility (vaccinated, recovered) apply to visits to our experience hotels and the dinner show Fantissima.

The mask requirement applies in enclosed areas and wherever the minimum distance of 1.50 m cannot be maintained (waiting areas, attractions, etc.). Likewise, the familiar hygiene rules and the minimum distance must continue to be observed throughout Phantasialand.

We have summarised all details on the current regulations and further information for your visit with us on this page.

Finally, one more request: Please continue to abide by the applicable regulations at all times. Only if we look out for each other and treat each other with consideration and respect, we can all enjoy a fantastic time at Phantasialand. Thank you very much!

We look forward to seeing you!
