Theme park

Guests holding online tickets for the period from 02.11.2020 to 20.05.2021 inclusive can exchange them for tickets for a visit in June or September 2021 without any restrictions.

We are getting ready to hopefully welcome you, dear guests, back to Phantasialand very soon. We look forward to seeing you!

Theme park

Information
  • If you have online tickets for the period from 02.11.2020 to and including 18.04.2021, you can exchange them for online tickets for a fixed date up to and including 30.06.2021. You can find more information and the corresponding form.
     
  • Free tickets (for example from a brunch visit) can be redeemed on the day of the visit directly at one of the ticket counters. Advance registration is not required. Accompanying persons without a free ticket require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date.
     
  • We also give birthday children free admission on their special day during these special times! You will receive your birthday free ticket on the day of your visit upon presentation of a valid ID directly at one of the ticket offices on site. Advance registration is not required. Even though we are currently only open to a limited number of guests, we always keep a separate contingent ready for birthday children, so that you will definitely receive your ticket. Accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date.
     
  • Guests with disabilities of degree 50 or higher or with certain signs (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) will receive their tickets directly at the ticket counter on the day of the visit upon presentation of the valid official disabled person's ID. For each guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL), one accompanying person receives a reduced ticket, also directly at the box office. Advance registration is not required. All other accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the corresponding date. If you would like to take advantage of our online-only discount, please book your tickets in advance via our online shop.
     
  • For your visit to the theme park you need online tickets for a fixed date, which you can purchase bindingly in advance in the Phantasialand online shop. A spontaneous visit is unfortunately not possible in the current situation.

 

Questions & Answers

Can I buy a ticket for Phantasialand at the cash registry?

No, the cash registers in Phantasialand are closed until further notice.

A visit to Phantasialand is only possible with a binding pre-purchased online ticket for a specific date.

Online tickets can be purchased exclusively in our Online-Shop.

 

Why do I have to set on a date when buying a ticket?

Day tickets are only sold with a fixed visit date, so we always have an optimal overview of the number of the guests visiting Phantasialand. This is how we ensure, for example, the applicable distance rules in the theme park can be adhered at any time. And of course that your good time can be ensured.

The time period of the online-ticket, selected at the time of purchase is binding and cannot be changed after the purchase has been completed. Purchased online tickets are excluded from exchange and revocation.

 

Do children under the age of 4 need a ticket?

Yes, for children between the age of 0 and 3 you can find free admission online tickets that are tied to a date. Only if we know the exact number of guests visiting us in a day, the distance rules to protect health can be observed, even and especially for the little once.

 

I already purchased a ticket to Phantasialand – how can I redeem it?

If you have purchased online tickets for the period from 02.11.2020 up to and including 20.05.2021, you can exchange them for online tickets for a visit day in June or September 2021. You can find more information and the corresponding form here.

 

Is there the gift of free admission for birthday children?

Yes, we also give birthday children free admission on their special day during these special times! You will receive your birthday free ticket on the day of your visit upon presentation of a valid ID directly at one of the cash registers. Even though we are currently only open to a limited number of guests, we always keep a separate contingent ready for birthday children, so you will definitely receive your ticket.

It's my birthday when the theme park is closed. Can I make up for my gift birthday admission?

Here the general rule applies: Free entry is only valid on the birthday and cannot be made up or postponed. After all, our gift to the birthday children is an eventful birthday - and it cannot be postponed. We hope for your health that you enjoy your birthday in the smallest circle at home.

 

Can I currently redeem free admission tickets?

Free admission tickets (e.g. from a brunch visit) can be redeemed directly at one of our ticket offices on the day of your visit. Prior registration is not necessary.

Accompanying persons require an online ticket purchased in advance for the relevant date.

I have a Phantasialand voucher, how can I redeem it?

To exchange your Phantasialand voucher for an online-ticket with a fixed date, please send us an email with your name, adress, the desired date of visit and the voucher information to shop[at]phantasialand.de.

Theme park offers

You will experience unique attractions during your visit and enjoy delicacies coordinated with the themed worlds in our restaurants and snacks.

 

Please note: Due to the current developments, our show offer is currently to be understood as provisional and will be continuously coordinated. Therefore, changes may occur - even at short notice.

 

To reduce potential touch points, the following offerings will not be offered for the time being: Face painting for children, balloon artists, street artists, our 6 kites, Quick Pass, Single Rider, Baby Switch and the Adventure Tour.

Rebooking

Guests who have booked an overnight stay in the period from 02.11.2020 up to and including 20.05.2021 will be informed in an e-mail about all options for flexible rebooking.

Questions & Answers

What are the cancellation conditions?

Due to the current situation we have eased our cancellation conditions for you! Up to 3 days before your arrival you have the possibility to rebook or cancel your booking free of charge. This applies until further notice for arrivals until 31.12.2021.

 

I am still waiting for the test result of my corona test. Can I still travel?

If the result of a current corona test is still pending, we ask you to refrain from travelling until you have received the negative test result.

 

I feel sick before my arrival. What should I do?

If you fall ill or show symptoms before your arrival, please contact us by phone at: +49 (0)2232 36-600.

 

I had already booked a hotel stay - How can I make the booking?

If you have already booked a stay at Hotel Ling Bao, Hotel Matamba or Hotel Charles Lindbergh, we offer you the option of rebooking this reservation to a later date of your choice. We will get in touch with you shortly using the contact details provided. You do not have to worry about anything yourself.

 

Please understand that in exceptional cases these days there may be longer processing times.

 

Are the Extra Time anf the Hotel Quick-Pass offered?

The extra time on Taron and Raik and the Hotel-Quick-Pass we can not offer for the time being.

Regulations

To make your visit to the park safe, various regulations and hygiene measures apply at Phantasialand. Please adhere to these carefully implemented and binding rules of conduct for all visitors so that everyone can enjoy a happy day at Phantasialand. Let us pay attention to each other and experience fantastic things together!

Phantasialand reserves the right to remove the guests from the theme park.

Rules for your park visit

 

Health

In the interest of everyone, please only visit Phantasialand if you are in good health.

Mouth-nose protection

A mouth-nose protection must always be worn on the entire Phantasialand premises.
This mask obligation applies without exception to all guests over 6 years of age.

We check the oral protection obligation regularty. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to remove guests from the theme park.

Distance

The following applies throughout the park: Please keep your distance! The usual minimum distance of 1.5 meters applies in Phantasialand. For better orientation, the minimum distance in waiting areas is marked with special floor stickers.

Sneezing and coughing

Please take the general sneezing and coughing label by hearth while visiting Phantasialand.

Hygiene

Regular and thorough hand washing is strongly recommended. We kindly ask you to use the many possibilities to do so during your visit in Phantasialand. In addition, stations of hand desinfection are availiable at the majority of the attractions, the gastronomy and the sanitary facilities.
